      WIAA Eligibility Requirements

      If you are a Running Start, Homeschool, or Foreign Exchange student, you will need to complete an eligibility form in order to participate in athletics at CHS. You can pick up hard copies at the CHS office or download the forms from the list above. Please contact the office at (509)559-4000 if you have any questions.

      Winter Sports

      Winter Sports begin Mon. Nov. 12th.

      *There is no school but there will be practices. Be sure to check with your coaches for practice schedules.*

      You must have a purple Eligibility Card to give to your coach in order to participate in athletics.

      The following items are required in order to receive your Eligibility Card:

      1. Activity packet completed ONLINE through Skyward Family Access. This is done with parent login information, not through Student Access. Please see the Family Access Instructions form above. If additional assistance is needed, please call 559-4000.

      2. Current physical on file with the business office (must be within 2 years)

      3. ASB paid ($40) Students on the Free/Reduced Meal Program qualify for a reduced price. Ask at the business office.

      4. If you plan on riding the Activity bus, you MUST get a bus sticker from the business office to place on your ASB card. You will not be allowed to ride without one.
